We like to welcome you to the New Hope COGIC of Lawton, Oklahoma web page. I’m Pastor Michael Cross the overseer of this flock. I believe the bible to be the only infallible written word of God. In the book of Acts, Paul told the presbyters to:      “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath      made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.”      Acts 20:28   We are interested in the total man. The church understand that we must be about our fathers business in times like these. So we make sure that we stay in the will of God. We watch over the people that God has entrusted us to pastor these two years. We believe in teaching the word of God though weekly bible study and Sunday services. We also believe what Paul said about himself in 1 Corinthians 2:4-5:      ”And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom,      but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:      That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.”   So we would like to welcome you to our church, come and find a friendly family orientated atmosphere where your soul will be blessed. Enlarge Our congregation is a small family orientated body of believers that love God. We love the fellowship of the saints as we worship and rejoice in the lord. We believe in letting the Holy Ghost have his way in our services. Paul said, “Let all things be done decently and in order.” 1 Cor 14:40 Most of our members are retired military personnel or have ties with Fort Sill. New Hope has a variety of age groups that are active and working in the church. Our live web-cast is aired each Sunday at 11:15 a.m. and our Radio ministry is broadcast at 2:30 p.m. We are trying to reach the lost and the un-church, with the gospel message.
